With over 15 years of customer service experience, Darcy is the foundation that keeps our office running smoothly. Often behind the scenes, she ensures that everything from scheduling to daily operations flows seamlessly, allowing the team to focus on their work.

Since joining Gardhouse in early 2020, Darcy has become an indispensable part of the team, gaining valuable knowledge in investments, insurance, estate planning, and tax reporting. Her calm, thoughtful approach ensures that no detail is overlooked, and her ability to manage multiple tasks with ease makes her the glue that holds everything together.
Darcy’s creative side led her to pursue a degree in Television Production and Communications Media at Mohawk College, where she graduated with Honours.

In her spare time, Darcy loves to assist MJ with her home-based baking business, crafting specialty cakes and cupcakes. She also enjoys spending time with their two adorable dogs, Archie and Mango. Whether she’s exploring the great outdoors, whipping up delicious treats, or quietly ensuring that everything in the office is running perfectly, Darcy’s presence is always felt and appreciated.
