Meet Talati isn’t your typical Business Tax & Accounting Specialist. Sure, he can crunch numbers with the best of them — handling everything from corporate returns to trust accounts — but it’s his journey that makes him unique.

In March 2021, Meet traded the bustling streets of India for the snow-covered sidewalks of Canada, chasing dreams and diplomas. He landed in Barrie, diving into a Business-Accounting and Financial Management program that would shape his future. What started as a co-op position at Gardhouse Financial Counsel turned into something much more meaningful. By December 2022, Meet had not only aced his program but also earned himself a full-time spot on the team.

But Meet wasn’t done learning. He went on to earn his Business Tax Practitioner diploma, adding another layer to his growing expertise. These days, he’s the guy you want in your corner when tax season rolls around. Whether you’re facing an audit or just trying to make sense of the latest tax regulations, Meet has a knack for making the complex feel manageable.

When he’s not saving clients from tax headaches, you’ll find Meet on the cricket field or exploring local restaurants. He brings the same passion to food that he does to finance — and trust us, that’s saying something. Around the office, some call him the Tax Guru, others the Wizard, but we just call ourselves lucky to have him on our team.
